Walnut Cacao Superfood Bites

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup crushed walnuts
  • 120 grams dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp reishi mushroom powder optional

Method
 

  1. Add the walnuts to blender and pulse until you achieve a fine crumb.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the plant milk) and continue pulsing until the dough comes together.
  3. Add a few drops of plant milk only if the dough is dry and not sticking together. Be careful not to add too much.
  4. Roll the superfood bites dough into 9 equal sized balls between your hands, using a #40 cookie scoop to measure.
  5. Chill the superfood bites for at least 30 minutes before serving (they're best served cold).
  6. Enjoy! These superfood bites will keep for up to 6 days covered in the fridge.
