  • 1 ¼ cups Millet flour 150g
  • cup Tapioca starch 110g
  • ¼ cup Psyllium husk fiber 50g
  • 1 tbsp Flax, ground
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 ½ cup lukewarm water
  • ½ cup lukewarm soy milk
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
Other
  • ¼ cup cornmeal, for dusting
