These are some of my favorite kitchen essentials! After years of recipe testing, there are definitely some products and appliances I prefer to use for my recipes.

Kitchen Appliances

Cuisinart 14 Cup Food Processor

A food processor is THE MOST important tool to invest in when it comes to baking! Seriously. I use the Cuisinart 14 Cup Food Processor for soooo many of my recipes. It was important for me to find a reliable brand – one that could handle the heat – and this one definitely can : ) It’s strong enough to make my nut butters, whip aquafaba into meringue, from frostings to brownie batter and everything in between!

Breville Fast and Furious Blender

I use this blender for all my super liquid recipes – think smoothies, green juices, and dressings!

Cuisinart 7 Speed Hand Mixer

I always opt for a hand mixer (as opposed to a stand mixer) when I’m making cookie dough! It’s also super helpful with icings and meringues.

This one from cuisinart has been my go-to for several years now!

KitchenAid Stand Mixer

I’m absolutely obsessed with the color of this stand mixer! The stand mixer is a fabulous tool for any recipe that requires kneading. I’ll also use it for large batches of frosting!

Immersion Blender

If you haven’t tried out an immersion blender, be warned – it will change your life! I love using this cordless immersion blender from KitchenAid to make soups, hummus, and jams. The advantage is that you’re able to blend directly in the pot or pan and I always am impressed with how easily it can get you to that silky smooth consistency.

Baking Accessories

Silpat Baking Mats

Ok, a silpat baking mat is incredibly useful for cookie baking! It’s going to prevent sticking to the pan without any added grease and it’ll slow down the speed of browning so you’re never left with burnt cookie bottoms! Plus, you’ll reduce waste by saving on single-use baking sheets. Definitely invest in one or two of these if you’re a cookie person like me : )

Adjustable Rolling Pin

This is the product I stubbornly didn’t purchase for my first couple years of baking. I’m SO glad I finally did because having an adjustable rolling pin has been the perfect tool for getting smooth, even, consistent, cookie-cutter cookies!

When you make sugar cookies, gingerbread men, shortbread or linzer cookies, one of the most important parts to get right is the thickness of the cookies!! Otherwise, they’ll have uneven tops which means they’ll be difficult to decorate, plus some will always get overdone while others turn out underdone. You simply cannot achieve a consistent batch of cookies without using a pin like this!

Cookie Scoop

Great for ice cream, cookie dough, melons, and no bake bliss balls! I use the 2 TBSP (#30) size cookie scoop for soooo many of my recipes!
